As a Project Manager at Nobus, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a strategic leader with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple teams, and a deep understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution – Oversee project scope, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
Team Coordination – Lead and manage contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams for seamless collaboration.
Quality & Compliance – Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.
Risk Management – Identify potential challenges, implement solutions, and minimize project disruptions.
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience – 5+ years in construction project management or a related field.
Leadership Skills – Strong ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and drive results.
Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with construction software, project management tools, and industry best practices.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to adapt, strategize, and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
