Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Project Oversight – Supervise daily operations, ensuring construction tasks align with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination – Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and streamline workflow.
Safety & Compliance Enforcement – Uphold strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, site safety regulations, and company policies.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management – Address site challenges, material shortages, and unexpected delays with proactive solutions.
